1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Prayer SP (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Prayer SP (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
Prayer SP is a scripture-based prayer generation service that uses artificial intelligence to create personalized prayers grounded in biblical text. The Service includes:
- •AI-powered prayer generation based on selected topics and personal context
- •Spiritual warfare prayer mode
- •Prayer notebook for saving and organizing prayers
- •Scripture verse integration
- •Subscription-based premium features
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete registration information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- •Be responsible for all activities under your account
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers:
Free
30 prayers per month
Pro
500 prayers per month
$7.99/month or $79/year
Power
2,000 prayers per month
$14.99/month or $149/year
4.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
4.3 Overage Charges
If you exceed your plan's prayer limit, additional prayers may be charged at $0.03 per prayer for Pro users and $0.02 per prayer for Power users.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
4.5 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of a new subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting support@prayer-sp.org.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- ✗Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- ✗Create prayers intended to harm, curse, or wish ill upon others
- ✗Manipulate the AI to produce content contrary to its intended purpose
- ✗Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- ✗Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
- ✗Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content without permission
- ✗Infringe on intellectual property rights
- ✗Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service (such as prayer context and personal information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of generating prayers.
6.2 AI-Generated Prayers
Prayers generated by the Service are created by artificial intelligence based on your inputs and biblical text. You are granted a non-exclusive, personal license to use, copy, and share generated prayers for personal, religious, or non-commercial purposes. You may not claim exclusive ownership of AI-generated content.
6.3 Scripture
Scripture references included in generated prayers are from various Bible translations and are used in accordance with their respective copyright guidelines for quotation.
6.4 Our Property
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Prayer SP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 No Spiritual or Theological Guarantee
While we strive for theological accuracy, AI-generated prayers should not be considered authoritative spiritual guidance. The Service is a tool to assist in prayer and is not a replacement for personal faith practice, pastoral counsel, or professional religious guidance.
7.2 Service Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
7.3 No Warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAYER WARRIOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prayer SP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prayer SP regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Prayer SP.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
13.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, or internet service disruptions.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
